Role Description The Global Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen Esse India’s presence in the immigration and visa consulting sector across international markets. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing brand positioning, overseeing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. The role includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand narratives, designing brand guidelines, and coordinating with external agencies for creative and media initiatives.

Manager will also track brand performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and support strategic partnerships and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong brand management and marketing strategy skills, with experience in building and managing brands across multiple markets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing,



social media management, and content development for brand communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and interpret data to guide brand decisions.
- Experience in campaign planning, creative briefing, and coordinating with design and advertising agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in skilled services, consulting, or immigration-related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment and to collaborate effectively with teams across locations.
