- Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Assist in production planning, manpower allocation, and line balancing.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records, hourly production reports, and rejection data.
- Identify production losses, downtime, and process abnormalities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Material departments to resolve production issues.
- Support 5S activities, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and work instructions.
- Assist in reducing rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Participate in daily production meetings and improvement activities
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
