Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based in Bhubaneswar.

The General

Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The role involves educating patients and families on preventive care, health maintenance, and lifestyle management,



as well as maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinical protocols.

The General

Practitioner will also contribute to continuous improvement in care quality and participate in training and mentoring of clinical staff where needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a wide range of common health conditions.
- Experience or training in Family Medicine, with a focus on holistic, continuing care across age groups.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to Training, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution; valid medical license/registration to practice.
- Prior experience as a General Practitioner or in a primary care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Comfort with using electronic health records and basic digital tools for documentation and care coordination.
