1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, and develop effective strategies for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving customer engagement, managing channel partners, and ensuring smooth coordination with marketing, CRM, and other departments.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive sales of residential, commercial, and other real estate projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, target customer segments, and potential markets.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.

B. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.




- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular review meetings.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of sales personnel.
- Establish accountability and improve team productivity through structured sales processes.

C. Customer Relationship & Sales Closure

- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and booking closure.
- Handle high-value clients, key negotiations, and key customer relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, effective lead management, and a professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with CRM and customer support teams to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction.

D. Channel Partner & Broker Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and other referral networks.
- Identify new channel partners and establish effective business collaborations.
- Monitor channel partner performance, business contribution, and sales conversion.
- Plan channel partner meetings

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
