Role Description The General Manager Projects role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, resolving site issues, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and conducting regular inspections to maintain quality benchmarks.

Projects will drive expediting activities for materials and approvals,



optimize logistics for efficient deployment of resources, and prepare project reports and status updates for senior leadership. This role also involves mentoring project teams, implementing process improvements, and supporting strategic decisions related to new and ongoing developments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up on critical project materials and approvals.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site activities, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to optimize material movement, resource allocation, and site supply chain efficiency.
- Relevant experience in real estate or construction project management, preferably in residential or luxury housing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA in Project Management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
