Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team in Juhu, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, with good communication skills and a passion for providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and policies.
- Maintain guest records and update the reservation system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional standards.




- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
