Role Description The General Manager Human Resources will oversee all HR operations across the group and drive people-focused initiatives to support business goals at Palace Toyota. This full-time, on-site role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, and overseeing performance management and talent development. The role involves maintaining positive employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.

Resources will collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, compensation and advantages practices, compliance with labor laws, and HR reporting. This position also guides HR staff,



ensures consistent HR processes across locations & departments, and supports organizational culture and engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading HR functions in a multi-department organization.
- Ability to design, implement, and update HR Policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
- Expertise in Human Resource Development, including training, talent management, and career development programs.
- Proven capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR best practices in India.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in the automotive, retail, or dealership sector is an advantage.
