Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (M.Tech or MBA in Construction Management preferred).

- 18–20 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development.
- Proven experience handling multiple hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality construction projects.
- Robust understanding of hotel construction standards, MEP coordination, interiors, and finishing works.
- Proven ability to independently managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, BOQs, and project scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and statutory compliance.





Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to international hospitality brand standards (IHG, Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, etc.) and fit-out requirements.

- Exposure to resort development and high-end interior fit-outs.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
- Strong exposure to ERP systems, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software.
- Experience in green building practices and sustainable construction methods will be an added advantage.
- Multilingual communication skills (English + regional language of project location

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
