Are you an experienced Business Development leader with a proven track record in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry? Join DTSS (SIS Group) and take charge of driving strategic business growth, expanding corporate partnerships, and strengthening our market presence across the Delhi region.

? Position: AGM / DGM / Senior Manager – Business Development

? Location: Delhi

? Budget: As per industry standards and experience

Experience:

✔️ 8–15+ years of experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development

✔️ Proven expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation

✔️ Experience in the IFM industry will be highly preferred

Education:

? Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

What You'll Do:

✅ Drive B2B sales and business development initiatives across the Delhi region

✅ Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and other key corporate decision-makers

✅ Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, lead generation, and market research

✅ Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial bids

✅ Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets

✅ Lead client negotiations, manage commercial discussions, and drive contract closures

✅ Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain a robust portfolio of prospective clients

✅ Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
