Planish Events is looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Business Operations to oversee the company's daily operations, manage teams, improve business performance, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage business operations and ensure efficient execution of company goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day business operations.
- Lead and coordinate Sales, Operations, Production, Marketing, Accounts, and Administration departments.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and effective operational systems.
- Monitor sales targets, business performance, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Improve productivity, accountability, and overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Support business growth, strategic planning, and process improvements.





Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, General Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple departments and teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of business operations, budgeting, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or service-based industries is an advantage.
