We’re looking for a GenAI Video Editor who blends traditional editing skills with the curiosity to explore what AI can make possible. Someone who understands visual storytelling, has a sharp creative eye, and knows how to turn prompts, ideas and references into compelling video content.

From AI-generated visuals and experimental films to social-first content, digital campaigns and brand storytelling, you’ll work at the intersection of video editing, creative technology and generative AI .

What You’ll Do

- Create and edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, reels and experimental content using traditional and GenAI-powered workflows.
- Use AI tools to generate video footage, visuals, backgrounds, characters and creative assets.
- Experiment with text-to-video, image-to-video, AI animation, lip-sync, voice generation and other emerging AI capabilities.
- Combine AI-generated assets with conventional editing, motion graphics, sound design and compositing to create polished, engaging videos.
- Use prompting, references and iterative experimentation to achieve the desired visual style, mood and storytelling.
- Work closely with creative, design and strategy teams to bring campaign ideas and creative concepts to life.
- Explore current GenAI tools, models and workflows to improve creative possibilities and production efficiency.
- Adapt content for different platforms, aspect ratios and formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality.




- Stay updated on emerging AI video trends, tools and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-5 years of experience in video editing, AI content creation or a related creative role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Understanding of AI image-generation tools and workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, with an understanding of editing, compositing, motion graphics and sound design.
- Strong visual sensibility, storytelling instincts and an eye for detail.
- Ability to write effective prompts, experiment with different approaches and refine outputs to achieve the desired result.
- A willingness to explore, learn and adapt as AI tools and creative workflows evolve.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing video edits, AI-generated content, creative experiments or personal projects.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

Education We’d particularly love to hear from candidates from creative and design institutions such as NIFT, Miami Ad School, NID, ATLAS ISDI, JJ School of Art, L.S. Raheja or similar institutes.

However, your portfolio, creative thinking and ability to experiment with GenAI matter more than the name on your degree.
