Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Developer with robust Python programming skills and hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications using LangGraph and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The candidate will be responsible for developing stateful AI workflows, integrating LLMs with APIs and databases, implementing RAG-based solutions, and building reliable, scalable AI applications to solve real-world business problems.

Note: Practical hands-on LangGraph development experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain stateful, multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph.
- Implement graph states, nodes, edges, conditional routing, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate LLMs with REST APIs, databases, external tools, and business applications.
- Implement tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, context management, and output validation.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, and response generation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable Python code with appropriate exception handling and debugging.
- Test and evaluate AI applications to improve accuracy, reliability, performance, and response time.
- Optimize LLM usage, token consumption,



and application costs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, backend, data, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LangGraph.
- Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
- Experience with REST APIs, API integration, and tool calling.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and context handling.
- Knowledge of debugging, exception handling, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with Git, databases, and software development best practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment, and application monitoring.
- Experience with LangGraph checkpointing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and multi-agent systems.

Candidate Profile

- 26 years of overall software development experience, with relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI application development.
- Ability to explain a real-world LangGraph implementation, workflow design, conditional routing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build practical, production-oriented AI solutions rather than relying only on prompt experimentation or AI tools.
