Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Relationship

Manager will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized consultation, and supporting them in selecting jewelry that fits their tastes and occasions.

Responsibilities include managing client appointments, maintaining client profiles and follow-ups, handling inquiries, coordinating with store teams to ensure an exceptional in-boutique experience, and assisting with after-sales service. The role also involves supporting boutique events, contributing to client engagement initiatives,



and ensuring that brand standards are upheld in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client preferences, and deliver a high-touch luxury experience.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify client needs, present product options effectively, and support the achievement of boutique sales targets.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with strong spoken and written proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Ahmedabad is an advantage.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, client records, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility, with an interest in fine jewelry, design, and luxury retail.
- Ability to work on-site in a boutique workplace, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or premium customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
