Key Responsibilities

- Business Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, existing workflows, and operational challenges.
- Process Optimization: Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Client Consultation: Conduct meetings, requirement discussions, and presentations while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Functional Solution Design: Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, workflows, and solution specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Implementation & Coordination: Support solution configuration, implementation activities, and project execution in line with business requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Validate functional requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Training & Documentation: Prepare functional documents, user guides, and process documentation, and conduct end-user training when required.
- Client Support: Address functional queries,



coordinate issue resolution, and ensure a smooth user experience after implementation.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, implementation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyse operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured functional solutions.
- Good documentation, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, understand diverse business domains, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
