About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our development team in Geeta Colony, New Delhi.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications across the entire software development lifecyclefrom front-end user interfaces to back-end architecture, database optimization, and cloud deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and PHP / Laravel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional engineering and product teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software on time.
- Performance & Security: Ensure application scalability, security, and performance by enforcing best coding practices, clean architecture, and optimization standards.
- Code Reviews & Quality: Participate in regular code reviews to maintain code quality, security standards, and technical consistency across the engineering team.
- Database & Caching:



Troubleshoot and optimize relational/non-relational database integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Version Control & Maintenance: Manage application codebases using Git/GitHub, ensure proper versioning, and handle bug fixes and production issue troubleshooting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Tech Stack Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and PHP / Laravel.
- Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure (deployment, services, and server configuration).
- Databases & In-Memory Storage: Deep working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and Redis caching.
- Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems, primarily Git / GitHub.
- Problem-Solving & Soft Skills: Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills; comfortable working independently in a Night Shift workplace.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

- Experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines and containerization tools (Docker).
- Server administration knowledge on Linux/Windows Server environments.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party Web APIs.
