Job Title: Full Stack Developer Team Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer – Team Lead with expertise in WordPress, Node.js, Shopify, application integration, and web hosting. The candidate will lead the WordPress development team, manage technical delivery, and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the WordPress development team; assign tasks and review code.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and Shopify stores.
- Build backend applications and APIs using Node.js.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, CRMs, and other business tools.
- Manage website hosting, server deployment, domains, SSL, DNS, and performance optimization.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security and scalability.
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in WordPress, Node.js, and Shopify.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, webhooks, and MySQL/MongoDB.
- Experience with web hosting, server management, deployment, and integrations.
- Proven team leadership, task management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Good to Have: AWS/Azure/DigitalOcean, Git, CI/CD, and AI API integrations.
