About WIA Software

WIA Software is an AI-first software company headquartered in Dubai (IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis), building products for clients across the UAE, GCC and Europe.

We are now building our own trading application: a real-time platform for traders that combines live market data, advanced charting, order flow analytics, smart alerts and AI-assisted insights. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build it from the ground up. This is a 100% remote role working directly with our Dubai team.

What you'll do

- Build the trading app end-to-end with React/Next.js, Node.js/Express, TypeScript and MongoDB.
- Stream and process real-time market data with WebSockets, handling high-frequency updates with low latency.
- Build interactive charts and trading dashboards (TradingView Lightweight Charts, D3/Canvas or similar), including indicators such as VWAP, volume profile, delta and CVD.
- Integrate exchange, broker and market data APIs (e.g. Binance and other crypto/futures data providers).
- Develop the alerts engine: price/indicator alerts, webhooks and notifications (Telegram, email, push).
- Implement user accounts, secure authentication, subscriptions and payments (Stripe).
- Integrate AI (Claude, OpenAI) for market summaries and trader assistant features.
- Deploy, monitor and scale the platform on cloud infrastructure (Docker, Railway/AWS, Redis).

What we're looking for

- 0+ years of professional full-stack experience with the MERN stack and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with real-time systems: WebSockets, event-driven architecture, caching (Redis).
- Experience building data-heavy, performant front-ends (charts,



live tables, dashboards).
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party REST/WebSocket APIs and webhooks.
- Solid understanding of security best practices (auth, API keys, encryption).
- Git, clean code and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good written and spoken English and availability overlapping with Dubai business hours (GST, UTC+4).
- A portfolio, GitHub or live projects you can show us.

Big plus

- Previous work on trading, fintech, crypto or market-data products.
- Understanding of financial markets (futures, crypto, order books, candlesticks, order flow).
- Experience with time-series data (MongoDB time series, TimescaleDB, InfluxDB).
- Python for data processing or trading bots; TradingView Pine Script.
- React Native for a future mobile app.
