Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power KAI’s digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow across the stack.

The engineer will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and performant solutions, while participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, with experience in server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development capabilities, effectively bridging front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including clean coding practices, debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with up-to-date frameworks or libraries (such as React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Vadodara, communicate clearly, and take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
