We are looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers for a 1–2 year contract opportunity in Trivandrum.

- Full Stack Enfgineer - Java Spring Boot +React/Next.js

What you'll do:
- Develop Spring Boot REST APIs, services and database access layers for citizenservices, back-office workflows and reports.
- Build front-end screens in React and Next.js: application forms, status tracking,dashboards and admin consoles.
- Write clean, tested code (JUnit, Mockito, React Testing Library) and fix defects foundin QA and UAT.
- Integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/email providersand identity services.
- Participate in sprint planning, design discussions and code reviews; keep technicaldocumentation current.
- Support releases and investigate production issues with the DevOps and QA teams.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years of software development, with 3+ years in Java and Spring Boot and 1+ year inReact or Next.js.
- Good understanding of Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, SQL (PostgreSQL) and RESTAPI design.
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
- Working knowledge of Git, Maven, Docker and Agile practices.




- Ability to learn domain rules quickly and ask the right questions.

What you'll do:
- Own the solution architecture: microservices or modular monolith design, APIcontracts, data model, caching, messaging and integration patterns.
- Lead design and code reviews; set coding, testing, security and performancestandards for the team.
- Build and review critical modules in Spring Boot (Spring Security, Spring Data JPA,Spring Cloud) and the Next.js front end.
- Integrate with external government systems and services (SSO, Aadhaar-basedservices, DigiLocker, e-Sign, payment gateways, SMS/email gateways).
- Mentor engineers, break epics into tasks with the BA and project manager, and givereliable estimates.
- Resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks, and drive technical risk anddebt down.

What we're looking for

- 8+ years of software development, with 6+ years in Java and Spring Boot and 2+ yearsin React or Next.js.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure systems with PostgreSQL or anotherRDBMS, Redis and message queues (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
- Solid grasp of OAuth2/OpenID Connect, JWT, role-based access control and OWASPTop 10 practices.
- Experience leading a team of 5+ engineers through full delivery cycles in Agile.
- Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD and cloud or on-premise deployment.
