Role Overview:

As a FullStack Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling productiongrade applications that power our business. Youll work handson across the stackcrafting dynamic React.js frontends, developing robust Node.js backends, and designing optimized MySQL schemas with Prisma.

This is a highimpact role where youll collaborate directly with the founder/product team, iterate rapidly, and deliver clean, scalable code that solves real problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain fullstack features across React.js frontends and Node.js backends.
- Design, implement, and optimize MySQL schemas using Prisma ORM for scalability and performance.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring clean, secure, and efficient communication between systems.
- Write clean, welldocumented,



and scalable code that adheres to best practices.
- Collaborate directly with the founder/product team to deliver rapid iteration cycles and highimpact features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Utilize Git version control for efficient collaboration and code management.
- Contribute to a fastpaced, startupstyle environment, bringing problemsolving skills and adaptability.

Pre - Requisites:

- 5+ years of skilled experience as a FullStack Developer.
- Proven expertise in React.js for building productiongrade frontend applications.
- Solid backend development skills with Node.js and RESTful API design/integration.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, complex queries, and optimization.
- Handson experience with Prisma ORM for schema design, migrations, and query building.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and modern coding practices.
- Familiarity with Git version control for collaborative development.
- Ability to debug and resolve production issues quickly in a fastpaced environment.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in startup or rapiditeration environments.
