Project Summary:

In this context, ACCESS is inviting applications for a versatile Developer & Project Manager who can lead software projects while actively contributing to development. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

- Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects.
- Gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Manage timelines, resources, risks, and project documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, deployments, and project reviews.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Software Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications.
- Build APIs, integrations, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain application performance, security, and scalability.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor development team members.
- Coordinate across development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams.
- Manage client and stakeholder interactions.
- Drive collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of software development experience.
- Experience managing software projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills:

- Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, or similar technologies.
- React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- REST APIs and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Git and version control systems.
- Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Native AI, Skills on AI, LLMs, Agentic AI for application development
- AI integration experience

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, BCA/MCA or any other relevant education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, IT program management, maintenance, or other relevant experience.
- Preferred: Experience with MIS, ERP, CRM, dashboard development, workflow automation,



or client-facing technology projects.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon experience set of the candidate and the HR policies of the organization.
