Full Stack Developer - Node.js, React, TypeScript & Generative AI

About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru and build scalable, production-ready applications. You will work across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI-powered solutions, developing features from concept to deployment.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and exploring Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agent-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
- Deliver end-to-end features, covering database design, backend logic, and frontend development.
- Design and optimise queries across MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Implement real-time communication using WebSockets or Socket.IO.
- Integrate third-party APIs, LLM services, and AI-powered capabilities into applications.
- Develop AI features using prompt engineering, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and tool calling.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Python and suitable frameworks.
- Develop supporting backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Write maintainable, testable code and perform unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, and follow security best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA,



and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, CI/CD, deployment, and application monitoring.

Must-Have Skills :

Frontend Development :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
- Understanding of state management, client-side routing, and server-state management.
- Experience with API integration, HTTP clients, and component libraries.
- Ability to develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.

Backend Development :

- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of REST API design, authentication, authorisation, and application security.
- Familiarity with WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or FastAPI.

Generative AI & Cloud :

- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered application features.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and tool calling.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or agent development tools.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, or Lambda.
- Experience with unit testing,



integration testing, Git, and collaborative code reviews.
- Solid problem-solving skills and an understanding of software engineering fundamentals.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Docker, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with vector databases and advanced RAG techniques, including hybrid search, reranking, metadata filtering, or Graph RAG.
- Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent orchestration, or multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, API documentation, and application monitoring.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

Eligibility Criteria :

- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 - 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Experience delivering at least one full stack feature or application to production.
- Understanding of design patterns, debugging, performance optimisation, and basic system design.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI and its application in real-world software products.
