Kochi Office (No Remote/Hybrid) | Full time The Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build features for a production AI-powered SaaS product used by customers and businesses in Europe, and to own its quality. About half of the role is feature work across Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL.

The other half is making sure every release works: end-to-end test suites, release checks, and the deployment pipeline. If you enjoy shipping features and take pride in catching what breaks before users do, this is the role. The role suits engineers with 2-5 years of experience.

What You'll Do

- Product Features: Build customer-facing flows end to end, mobile first, from database to UI
- Accounts & Payments: Implement sign-up, social login, roles and permissions, and online payment flows
- Multi-Tenancy: Build features that serve multiple business customers from one system, each with its own data and configuration
- Admin Tools: Build internal screens that let business users manage their data and settings
- Quality Ownership: Own the end-to-end test suite, regression checks, and sign-off for each release
- DevOps: Maintain deployment, hosting, domains, monitoring, and backups for a containerised application
- AI-Assisted Development: Use coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) daily, with tests as the safety net

What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2-5 years building and shipping web applications in production
- Frontend: React and Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, responsive and accessible UI
- Backend & Data: Node.js, PostgreSQL, an ORM such as Prisma, API design, and input validation
- Authentication: OAuth and social login, sessions, and role-based access (e.g. Auth.js / NextAuth)
- Testing:



End-to-end testing with Playwright or similar, plus unit tests; the habit of starting a bug fix with a failing test
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Linux servers, and basic monitoring and logging
- AI-Assisted Development: Daily, hands-on use of coding agents and the judgement to review what they produce
- Bonus: Payment providers (e.g. Stripe), multi-language applications, GDPR awareness, three.js or React Three Fiber, self-hosted deployment platforms, React Native or iOS development
