Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
- Maintain guest records, billing, and payment transactions.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.




- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Pleasant personality, customer-service attitude, and professional grooming.
- Previous hotel front office experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
