Inviting applications for the role of RCM (AR) Payment Posting

Work location-Noida (work from office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable Management (RCM) Manager to own and execute end-to-end management of Billing, Customer MDM, AR Follow-up & Collections, Denials Management and Query Management. In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance.

The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience with RCM.

- Payment Posting

Acts as a Payment Posting SME responsible for complex posting scenarios,



reconciliation exceptions, unapplied cash resolution, process controls, and mentoring of junior resources.

Responsibilities

- Resolve complex ERA/EOB posting exceptions, recoupments, reversals, offsets, and takebacks.
- Perform detailed reconciliation across cash, ERA, EOB, deposits, bank records, and billing system output.
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Preferred working experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
- Monitor unapplied cash, unidentified payments, suspense balances, and posting backlog for timely closure.
- Coach Analysts on posting logic, adjustment handling, exception documentation, and quality standards.
- Partner with AR and Billing teams to resolve payment variances, missing payments, and account discrepancies.
- Support transition, SOP creation, quality audits, root cause analysis, and control testing.
- Identify automation, workflow, and reporting opportunities to improve cash application efficiency.
- Prepare operational updates for reconciliation status, defects, backlog, and exception trends.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- 8-10 years of AR experience with digital finance operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Advanced knowledge of ERA/EOB interpretation, adjustment handling, denial codes, and payment variance resolution.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
- Robust cash reconciliation, exception management, and high-volume transaction processing experience.
- Ability to interpret systemic posting issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical,



quality review, documentation, and coaching skills.
- Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or reporting dashboards preferred.
- Monitor Overall Process Quality through the management of End-to-End Metrics for their respective processes.
- Identify and Manage process risks through a dedicated framework and tracking system that the process owner needs to define.
- Ensure availability and regular update of training materials covering process and systems.
