Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Fresher – Printing Engineer (Screen Printing) based in the Hadapsar, Pune Division. The role involves operating and maintaining screen printing equipment for EL panels, preparing screens and materials, and ensuring accurate color and print quality.

The Printing

Engineer will assist in setting up production runs, monitoring print processes, performing basic troubleshooting, and following safety and quality control guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with senior engineers and designers, documenting production data,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in print production. Training and guidance will be provided to help the fresher learn industry standards and best practices in screen printing for illumination technology.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing, with an interest in learning industrial printing workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Screen Printing and Print Design, with the ability to follow detailed artwork and layout specifications.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding or willingness to learn related decorative techniques such as Embroidery for integrated product applications.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on repetitive tasks with consistent quality, and readiness to follow safety and operational procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor, adapt to production schedules, and learn new tools and techniques quickly.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and production reporting; prior internship or vocational exposure to printing processes is an advantage.
