Role Description As a Fresher Architect at SOL & HORA DESIGNS INDIA, you will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and presentation materials for ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed layouts, assisting in design research, and contributing to design documentation and coordination.

You will participate in client meetings and site visits under supervision, help update project files, and ensure that design outputs align with project requirements and timelines. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Faridabad,



with primary work at the office and some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements depending on project needs and team coordination.

Qualifications

- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for or pursuit of professional licensing is an advantage.
- Design and visualization skills: Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), plus basic rendering and presentation skills.
- Technical and documentation skills: Ability to prepare design drawings, preliminary details, and organized project documentation in line with office standards.
- Analytical and research abilities: Strong observation, willingness to learn, and capacity to conduct design and material research to support concept development.
- Communication and collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, openness to feedback, and readiness to work in multidisciplinary teams with designers, engineers, and consultants.
- Professional attributes: Attention to detail, time management, accountability for assigned tasks, and comfort working in a hybrid setup in Faridabad.
- Additional desirable skills: Familiarity with sustainable design principles, interest in cultural and institutional projects, and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
