About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our Managed Services team on a part-time, remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Oracle Narrative Reporting Cloud Service (NRCS).

You will support ongoing client operations, troubleshoot application issues, optimize existing configurations, and provide functional guidance to clients while ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing managed services support for Oracle EPM applications, primarily FCCS and NRCS.
- Troubleshoot and remediate application issues, data loads, calculations, and performance bottlenecks.
- Configure and maintain financial reports, books, batches, grids, forms, business rules, and rulesets.
- Handle metadata updates, security provisioning, and minor custom dimension changes.
- Support financial consolidation, close processes, reporting, planning, and budgeting requirements.
- Recommend system enhancements and optimization opportunities without requiring major application redesigns.
- Assist functional superusers and provide guidance on Oracle EPM updates and releases.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions into managed services.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow incident management processes and SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding issues, resolutions, and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience working with Oracle EPM, including implementation and application support.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS and Oracle Narrative Reporting Cloud Service (NRCS).
- Good understanding of financial consolidation, financial reporting, and close processes.
- Experience with data integration, metadata management, security provisioning, business rules, and calculation optimization.
- Familiarity with managed services, incident resolution, and SLA-driven support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle EPBCS, ARCS, and TRCS.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Experience supporting US local governments, higher education institutions, or K–12 education organizations.
