Franchise Lead

Regalo Kitchens is looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive professional to join our team as a Franchise Lead. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage franchise enquiries and convert potential leads into successful franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming franchise enquiries and communicate with prospective franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the Franchise Manager to schedule meetings and discussions.
- Manage end-to-end lead follow-ups, from initial enquiry and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective franchisees.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Travel across India with the Franchise Manager for meetings and franchise development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, meetings,



follow-ups, and lead status.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective franchise partners.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi; regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work independently.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Experience in franchise development, business development, sales coordination, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
