Role Description The Founding Partner Cum Lead Product Architect will play a key leadership role in defining the product vision and technical direction for Lcs Projects’ solar energy offerings. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kotli, responsible for overseeing the architecture and development of software and system solutions that support solar PV, thermal, and lighting products. Day-to-day tasks include translating business and market requirements into product roadmaps, designing scalable system and solution architectures, coordinating with engineering teams on product development, and ensuring that all solutions meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders,



guiding technical decision-making, and continuously improving product features based on user feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in System Architecture and Solution Architecture for complex, integrated energy and software systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Product Management and Product Development to define roadmaps, manage lifecycles, and deliver market-ready solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Software Development, particularly in designing and implementing applications or platforms that support energy or IoT solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in solar or sustainable energy projects, with the ability to work in office in Kotli and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and mentor team members.
- Experience with project management practices, system integration, and industry standards related to solar installations is beneficial.
