About Xpego

Xpego is a Bengaluru marketplace for curated experiences. We connect creators (workshops, wellness, fitness, events), venues and guests, and we handle bookings, payments and reminders. We’re early-stage, so you’ll own real work from week one.

The role

You’ll be the person creators and venues deal with day to day. You work directly with the founder.

What you’ll do

- Get new creators live: run onboarding calls and help them create their first listing on the call.
- Work our pipeline of creator leads: follow up, answer questions, book demos.
- Coordinate daily with our venue partners.
- Handle partner support on WhatsApp and email.
- Keep our tracker updated and report weekly on leads, onboarded creators and live listings.

Qualifications

Must have

- 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer support, sales, events or partnerships. Strong freshers are welcome.
- Explicit written English, plus comfort on calls and WhatsApp. Hindi or Kannada is a plus.
- You follow up without being chased, and you keep your own tracker accurate.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and basic tools like WhatsApp Business and a CRM or tracker.




- Based in Bengaluru, with a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Good to have

- You’ve organised events, run a community, or worked with creators or small businesses.
- You’ve handled customer queries, refunds or payment follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of bookings, invoices or GST. We’ll teach the rest.
- Familiarity with Instagram and creator culture.

Not required

- A specific degree. We care more about what you’ve done than where you studied.
- Prior startup or marketplace experience.

What we offer

- ₹25,000/month fixed, plus ₹1,000 for each creator you take live to a first booking.
- A 3-month contract. If you hit the targets, we convert you to full-time.
- Hands-on coaching from the founder.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
