We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founder s Office, supporting both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role requires a hands-on individual who can execute campaigns, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive brand visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

> Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, email marketing, etc.)

> Manage and optimize offline marketing activities including store branding, events, and promotions

> Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for campaign execution

> Assist in content creation and brand communication across platforms





> Track campaign performance and share insights for improvement

> Support new store launches, activations, and marketing initiatives

> Conduct market and competitor research

Requirements:

> 2 3 years of experience in marketing

> Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels

> Good communication and coordination skills

> Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

> Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, social media platforms, and basic analytics tools

> Experience in retail or D2C brands

> Basic understanding of brand campaigns

> Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
