About Sereniche

Sereniche is a psychiatrist-led mental health clinic and academy in Edappally, Kochi. We provide clinical mental health care and partner with organisations to deliver workplace mental health programs, trainings, and workshops.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, curious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our leadership team. This is a high-ownership role. You will support the founders across strategy, operations, partnerships, and special projects, and see first-hand how a growing mental health organisation is built and run.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the founders on day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, and coordination across teams
- Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities, and turn findings into clear summaries
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and internal documents
- Help plan and execute special projects, events, workshops, and recent initiatives
- Coordinate with the marketing,



business development, and clinical teams to keep projects on track
- Track key metrics and help build simple processes and systems
- Take part in meetings, document decisions, and drive action items to closure

Requirements

- Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline; business, psychology, or management backgrounds welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Malayalam is a plus
- Highly organised and dependable, with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and learns quickly
- Genuine interest in mental health, healthcare, or startups

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
