About House of Evia

House of Evia is a handcrafted & bold jewellery brand made for confident, powerful women. Every piece is designed to be worn with intent. We're a young, fast-moving brand, and we're building the team that will shape what Evia becomes.

About the Role

This is not a role where you wait for instructions. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founder across strategy, marketing, operations and growth. You'll see how a brand is built from the inside, and your work will have visible impact from day one.

We're hiring at two levels:

- Intern: for students and fresh graduates who are hungry to learn fast
- Executive: for those with 1–2 years of experience who are ready to own outcomes

What You'll Do

- Work alongside the founder on day-to-day priorities and key business decisions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations and content
- Track sales, website and social media performance, and turn insights into action
- Research markets, trends and competitors to find current growth opportunities
- Coordinate with artisans, vendors and partners to keep operations running smoothly
- Own special projects end to end, from idea to launch to results




- Help build the systems and processes a growing brand needs

Who You Are

- You think like an owner and take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can bring structure to it
- You're curious about why customers buy, and why they don't
- You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to share your opinion
- You move fast, learn from mistakes and follow through
- You have a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, D2C brands or entrepreneurship

Good to Have

- Experience with Instagram, Notion, Google Analytics or similar tools
- Exposure to a startup or founder-led business
- Basic skills in Canva, Excel / Google Sheets or content creation
