Why this role exists

Consuma is a high-growth startup and we're scaling fast. We run live research engagements across multiple geographies for some of India's biggest consumer brands - Coca-Cola, Britannia, Foxtale - and partner with agencies like WPP. Everything we do touches brands people know, so the work you do here shows up in real decisions.

As we grow, more is happening across the company every week, and we need someone that can take point on critical, strategic initiatives and trust to close them.

We're hiring a Founder's Office member with to own operations across the business: picking up what's undefined, driving it to done, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll actually do

Own cross-functional priorities for the founders - client work, hiring, finance and reporting, events, ops, admin

Turn undefined problems into clear plans, trackers, and finished output, without waiting to be told how

Run follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and partners and keep work unblocked

Build easy processes and systems where none exist, and improve the ones that do

Manage multiple priorities at once and take full ownership of outcomes

Be a trusted thought partner to the founders, flagging risks and making recommendations, not just executing





Who we think this is for

You have 3+ years of experience in a founder's office, chief of staff, strategy, operations, or a similar generalist role, ideally at a startup. We care more about what you've owned and delivered than where you studied.

You probably:

Are high-energy and self-motivated, and follow through on what you start

Have owned projects end to end with real business impact

Learn quickly and adapt easily

Are comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out independently

Are organized, detail-oriented, and sound in your judgement

Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners

This role is probably not the right fit if:

You prefer a clearly defined task list to stay productive

You'd rather be told what to do than take initiative

You're looking for a narrow, single-function role
