Position Overview: Associate, Founder’s Office

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented skilled to join the Founder’s Office at Nat Habit as an Associate. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of the organization, offering direct exposure to the founders and to strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work across teams to analyze market dynamics, consumer insights, and business performance.

Your work will help shape decisions on growth, profitability and brand. You will often start with a loosely defined problem and be expected to structure it, find the data, and drive it to a decision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute meaningfully to business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis: Track key business metrics and flag anomalies or worrying trends; conduct in-depth analysis across marketing, category, finance, and operations to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.

2. Strategic Projects: Work closely with the founders on high-impact projects,



owning specific workstreams through planning, execution and tracking of outcomes.

3. Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct primary and secondary research, and analyze consumer data from surveys, reviews, NPS, and purchase behavior to uncover insights that inform product and marketing decisions.

4. Business Reviews: Prepare data and material for business, project and launch reviews with cross-functional teams, and track action items through to closure.

5. Financial Reporting: Consolidate business data for internal reviews, investor updates, and board meetings; prepare financial snapshots, highlight key movements, and ensure data accuracy.

6. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows or tools across departments and recommend improvements to drive productivity and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree; 0-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel / Google Sheets; basic understanding of a P&L; and unit economics
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.

- Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
