We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office Retail professional to work closely with leadership on driving store operations, retail excellence, vigilance, and expansion initiatives across FOOTWEAR retail network.

This role is ideal for someone

- Drive day-to-day retail store operations across multiple locations and ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct regular store audits focused on vigilance, SOP adherence, inventory discipline, and customer experience.
- Partner with store teams to improve productivity, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps in retail processes and implement scalable solutions with leadership guidance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, HR, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Travel extensively (20-25 days a month) across stores to review execution standards and support recent initiatives.
- Analyse store-level data, identify trends,



and present actionable insights to founders/leadership.
- Act as a problem-solver for critical business challenges and ensure fast turnaround on execution.

Must Have Skills:

- Strong understanding of retail/store operations within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands, combined with high ownership and execution capability.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling ambiguity, traveling frequently, and working directly with senior leadership in a high-growth environment.
- Must-Know Tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
