About the Opportunity

YUJ Designs is a design-led business transformation company that helps organizations create better products, services, experiences, and business outcomes.

We are looking for two high-potential MBA students or recent graduates to join the Founder's

Office.

You will help turn ideas into action, research into insights, and opportunities into outcomes while working across strategy, research, business development, capability building, and execution.

Process :

We value thoughtful applications over quick applications. Our selection process has four stages:

1. Submit your résumé and a short video introduction.
2. Shortlisted candidates will receive a business case exercise.
3. Selected candidates will participate in a business thinking discussion with the Founder.

Video Introduction (Maximum 3 Minutes) :

Please record a short video answering the following:

- What strengths or qualities would you bring to the Founder’s Office?
- Tell us about one initiative you took or one problem you solved that you’re proud of.
- What is one thoughtful question you would like to ask the Founder?





We’re not looking for a professionally produced video. We’re interested in understanding how you think, communicate, and present your ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Research industries, customers, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Analyze business problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Support new business, research, and capability-building initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and communication.
- Support business development, partnerships, and key initiatives.
- Coordinate projects and help keep execution on track.
- Identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
- Take ownership of assignments and progressively handle greater responsibility.
