Forward Deployed Engineer

Technical and Interpersonal Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering and context engineering that tailor AI solutions to complex business challenges.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, and experience with contemporary cloud development environments and stacks.

- Practical experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines, DevOps tooling (such as GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit), and modern collaborative coding platforms.

- Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, integration of LLMs within software architectures, with demonstrated expertise in MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.

- Knowledge of semantic modeling and knowledge graph construction for effective information extraction and organizational intelligence.

- Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and lead engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning.

- Excellent collaborative skills with experience working in cross-functional, diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes.

- Exceptional communication capabilities, able to articulate complex AI and development concepts clearly to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
