We're Hiring | Forward Deployed Engineer — AWS (Lead) | Bangalore | 8+ Years A billion-dollar revenue MNC is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer — AWS (Lead) for a hands-on, customer-embedded engineering role focused on building, deploying and scaling production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows. This could be an chance to work with one of the largest companies on the planet.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Experience: 8+ years

Work Model: 3 days a week in office

Travel: 30–50% to client office

What you will do:

- Work closely with customer engineering teams to understand business needs and build scalable AI-enabled production systems.
- Design and develop production-grade AI applications, multi-agent orchestration layers, retrieval pipelines and workflow automation.
- Integrate foundation models, customer data sources, APIs and enterprise applications into reliable AI solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery, from prototyping and development to production deployment and operational support.
- Implement monitoring, evaluations, guardrails, testing, CI/CD, rollback and resiliency practices for AI systems at scale.
- Identify AI adoption opportunities and develop reusable frameworks,



accelerators and reference architectures.
- Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices and contribute reusable components to products and services.

What you need:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong software development experience with programming languages.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows.
- Experience integrating AI models, APIs, enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, AI models, data pipelines and application services.
- Strong understanding of production readiness, monitoring, testing, security, reliability and scalability.
- Experience working directly with customer engineering teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.
