Food & Beverage Supervisor | Wonderla Kochi

Location: Wonderla Kochi (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at Wonderla Kochi . The role will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining service and food safety standards, managing the F&B; team, and supporting revenue and cost-control objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive achievement of restaurant revenue and sales targets through effective planning and initiatives.
- Develop initiatives to attract walk-in guests and increase F&B; sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor F&B; costs, inventory, raw material consumption and stock levels .
- Oversee dining area operations, staff deployment and overall service efficiency.




- Ensure high standards of service quality, staff grooming, cleanliness and restaurant presentation .
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with Kitchen, Stores, Finance and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards .

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field .
- Relevant experience in F&B; / Restaurant Operations , preferably in a supervisory role.
- Solid communication, leadership, customer-handling and problem-solving skills .
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems .
- Knowledge of current F&B; trends, service standards and industry best practices.
