Job Summary The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, banquet, and room service operations. The candidate will ensure efficient food and beverage service, maintain hotel service standards, and provide a warm, professional, and hospitable workplace for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Assist with restaurant, banquet, buffet, and room service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards,



and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional conduct.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and efficient service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may apply.
- Good interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
