Job Summary The F&B; Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a premium hospitality environment. The role involves assisting with beverage preparation, serving guests, maintaining service standards, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, mocktails, wellness beverages, and other menu offerings as per established standards.
- Assist the chef with food plating, presentation, and service of gourmet savouries and desserts.
- Ensure qualified and courteous service to guests, maintaining premium hospitality standards.
- Set up and maintain service stations, trays, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service essentials.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the pantry and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and service supplies, and report replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with the chef, host/hostess, and operations team for smooth daily service.




- Ensure timely service and attention to guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle food and beverage items carefully and minimise wastage.
- Follow standard operating procedures for food safety, sanitation, storage, and equipment handling.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, daily checklists, and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, cafés, hotels, restaurants, or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tea, coffee, beverages, and food service etiquette.
- Good communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a guest-first approach.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain high service standards.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with a well-groomed personality, a service-oriented mindset, and an interest in premium or luxury hospitality. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
