Job Summary The F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant food service areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests.
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas.
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to established service standards.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Replenish service items and maintain adequate stock of cutlery, crockery, and service supplies.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming standards.
