Flipkart Ads Specialist

About the role

You will own our Flipkart advertising: plan the campaigns, run them, and grow sales while keeping ROAS healthy. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes numbers and gets a kick out of beating last month.

What you will do

- Run and optimise Flipkart ad campaigns to lift visibility, sales and ROAS
- Manage ad budgets and track CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS and TACOS
- Do keyword research, competitor benchmarking and listing optimisation
- Build ad plans for launches, promotions and sale events
- Test creatives, keywords and targeting, and report what worked and what didn’t
- Work with design, content, inventory and marketplace teams so ads and stock stay in sync

We expect you to use AI tools every day to get better results, not just faster ones. That means using them for keyword discovery, bid and budget decisions, creative variations, SKU-level analysis and reporting. If you are not already doing this, tell us how you would start. What we are looking for

- Hands-on Flipkart Ads experience, ideally with a product or e-commerce brand
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Comfort with the Flipkart Ads Dashboard; Flipkart IRIS is a plus
- Practical experience applying AI tools to ad performance (strongly preferred)
