Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven On-Floor Sales Manager to manage daily sales operations, lead the sales team, handle customer enquiries, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, team management, customer relationship, and coordination skills, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial products company.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily sales activities and sales operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance,



revenue, customer enquiries, and order conversions.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and other customers, where applicable.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and achieve business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, HVAC, ventilation, or related industries.
- Strong team leadership and sales management skills.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
