Role & responsibilities :

- Design and develop fixtures and Special Purpose Machines (SPM) in SolidWorks.

- Support manufacturing processes related to SPM and fixtures.

- Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure proper revalidation of fixtures.

- Improve, modify, and redesign existing fixtures to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

- Prepare and maintain master drawings for all fixtures and SPM.

- Coordinate with Production, New Product Development (NPD), Maintenance, and external suppliers.

- Support tool room activities and resolve fixture-related manufacturing issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D modelling.

- Strong knowledge of fixture design and manufacturing processes.

- Exposure to tool room operations.

- Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM management, and fixture development.

- Valuable decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
