Job Title: FP&A; Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A; Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform P&L; analysis and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Develop financial dashboards using Power BI and automate reporting.
- Prepare management reports and quarterly board presentations.
- Build financial models and provide business insights for decision-making.
- Conduct peer performance analysis and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. MBA Finance / CFA / CMA preferred. Experience: 3-4 years in FP&A;, MIS Reporting, or Business Finance. BFSI experience preferred.
