Role Description The Finance Specialist – Retail/D2C Brands is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budget planning for retail and online channels.

The Finance

Specialist prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements and management reports, ensuring accurate accounting records and compliance with internal policies. The role involves coordinating with store operations, inventory, and marketing teams to track sales performance, margins, and discounts, and to optimize profitability. The specialist will also assist in reconciliation activities, vendor and partner payments,



and support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with experience in retail or D2C environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills, including familiarity with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic taxation concepts.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements and reports, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable financial insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools and experience with accounting/ERP software is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment are highly valued.
