Little Pearls Dental
Bengaluru
We are growing, and we are looking for a full time Finance, Operations & Strategy Execution Manager to own the numbers behind our clinic, the processes that keep it running well, and the partnerships that bring in new patients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building the monthly P&L; as much as fixing the process behind it, and who is confident representing Little Pearls with insurers, banks, and corporate partners.
About Little Pearls
Little Pearls Dental Care is an established specialist dental center in BTM Layout, Bangalore, offering pediatric, orthodontic, and multi-specialty care. Our center spans 3 floors with 7 operatories, and our team of 6 doctors and 12 visiting specialists serves a patient base of around 30,000. Clinical care is led by Dr. Neeraja Raju, a pediatric dentist with over three decades of experience, and families across Bangalore trust us for gentle, ethical, specialist-led care.
About the Role
You will report to the CEO and work closely with our Clinical Head, Center Manager, and marketing team. Within your first year, we expect you to have in place:
- Monthly management accounts that close on time, with a clear P&L;, cash position, and KPI summary
- An annual budget and a rolling forecast that leadership uses to make decisions
- Documented, repeatable processes for billing, collections, purchasing, and payroll inputs
- A weekly marketing review with our marketing team, so every ad campaign runs on budget and its leads are tracked through to booked appointments
- A steady B2B pipeline, with new tie-ups with health insurance companies, banks and credit card providers, and corporates closing month on month
Much of your reporting to leadership will happen over weekly video calls, so you should be comfortable working independently against clear monthly goals.
What You Will Own
- FP&A;:
build the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and cash flow projections, and explain variances against plan
- Reporting: prepare the monthly P&L; and a KPI dashboard covering revenue by service, collections, new patients, chair utilization, and treatment acceptance
- Accounting: manage bookkeeping, bank, UPI, and card reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll inputs
- Compliance: coordinate GST, TDS, and year-end filings with our external Chartered Accountant
- Cost control: review lab, material, and vendor costs, and flag overspend or revenue leakage early
- Clinic operations: run regular checks on day-to-day clinic operations, write and improve SOPs for billing, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management, and work with the Center Manager to improve patient flow and appointment utilization
- Marketing operations: coordinate with our marketing team to make sure Google and Meta ad campaigns are running properly, track spend, leads, and cost per patient acquired, and tie results back to bookings and revenue
- B2B partnerships: build and execute our B2B strategy, identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing tie-ups with health insurance companies, banks and credit card providers, and corporates, then managing each partnership once it is live
- Business analysis: build business cases for pricing, new equipment, partnerships, and future locations

- Experience running or improving operational processes such as purchasing, inventory, vendor management, or billing
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, with the confidence to pitch and negotiate with external partners
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial models, pivot tables, and lookups
